For Flight Departments & Employers
Maven is a professional development retreat created specifically for Corporate Flight Attendants working in private aviation. Unlike traditional conferences or hospitality training, Maven focuses on the unique combination of operational responsibility, service excellence, and leadership required in the cabin of a private aircraft.
Attendees participate in curated discussions, skill development sessions, and peer collaboration designed to strengthen decision-making, elevate service standards, and support the mental clarity required in a high-performance aviation environment.
Corporate Flight Attendants operate independently, often responsible for safety, hospitality, logistics, and client experience simultaneously.
