After more than two decades in aviation and now entering her 22nd year as a Flight Attendant, Holly Schroeder understands both the beauty and the demands of this profession. But after years in the industry, Holly also recognized something that was missing.
Corporate flight attendants are incredibly capable, resilient professionals but the pace of the lifestyle can often leave little room to care for the person behind the service. Wellness, connection, and long-term sustainability in this career are rarely prioritized, even though they are essential to doing the job well.
After experiencing the pressures and personal challenges that can come with a long career in aviation, Holly felt called to create something different.
What began as her first retreat, Elevate, has grown into Maven, a space created specifically for corporate flight attendants to connect, grow, and support one another. Now entering its third year, Maven continues to evolve into a community built around professional excellence, honest conversations, and the kind of support that helps people thrive—not just in their careers, but in their lives.
