Support & Resources

If you’re here, you don’t need to explain why.

Working in private aviation, business aviation and corporate flight departments comes with unique pressures — Long duty days, isolation, high expectations and complex power dynamics. For many corporate flight attendants and aviation professionals, challenges related to mental health, harassment, or personal safety are carried quietly.

This page exists to offer support, confidentially, respectfully and without obligation.

You are not required to share your story.

You are not expected to “be strong.”

You are not alone.

03
Attending an educational session

04
Sitting in a room where you feel understood

05
Connecting with others who “get it”

Navigating Harassment or Power Imbalances

Many aviation professionals experience inappropriate behavior but feel unable to speak up due to:

  • Fear of retaliation

  • Reputation-driven work enviornments

  • Career consequences

  • Money and power at the highest level

  • Lack of clear, safe reporting pathways

If this resonates with you, please know that support can exist without confrontation, disclosure, or formal reporting.
