This convenient option is designed for those who live nearby or prefer to stay off-property. The Day Pass includes meals (breakfast & lunch) and beverages, all scheduled programming, and full access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge from 8am-5pm daily.

If you’d like to attend the Maven Retreat in Austin, TX on September 16–17, 2026, please complete the form with your contact details and booking requests. We will review your submission, confirm availability, and respond within 48 hours.

All accommodations include the complete Maven retreat experience with meals, programming, and curated gatherings.

Accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may increase in price as demand rises. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred suite.

  • All packages include a diverse selection of workshops and educational sessions, daily yoga classes, and a range of additional activities. Unlimited access to the Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub & Cold Plunge.

    Your stay also features all-inclusive food and beverage service throughout your visit, thoughtful in-room amenities for comfort, and a carefully curated swag bag along with a reusable water bottle to enjoy during your time with us.

  • Getting to Maven is an easy 30‑minute drive from downtown Austin. Situated in the serene Texas Hill Country at Havan Estate, the property hosts all activities on-site, so once you arrive you won’t need to leave. Parking is available by request, though we recommend using ride‑share services for convenience.

  • Check-in for overnight guests starts on September 15th at 4pm CST. Check-out is September 18th at 9am CST.

  • Yes. We offer a Maven Entry at $1,500.00. This rate includes access to the full Maven agenda, as well as breakfast, lunch, and beverages/snacks throughout the event. Please note that overnight accommodations and dinner are not included.

  • Overnight on-site guests may cancel without penalty through August 17, 2026. Cancellations received after that date will be non-refundable and subject to applicable fees.

    Maven Day Pass reservations may be canceled up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled date (deadline: September 13, 2026). Cancellations received after this deadline may not be refunded, as space may be reallocated to waitlisted parties.
