This year, we are proud to introduce a truly special initiative: The Maven Awards.

These peer-nominated awards are designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding excellence within our community of Corporate Flight Attendants. More than just accolades, the Maven Awards symbolize leadership, authenticity, vision, and meaningful impact in our profession. They reflect and promote the spirit of continuous growth that defines our community.

Each year, two honorees are celebrated:

Rising Star Award
This award honors an emerging professional whose drive, resilience, and dedication to excellence exemplify the future of corporate aviation. It recognizes those who are forging their own paths early in their careers.

Legacy Award
Presented to an individual whose influence and authenticity have helped shape the corporate aviation landscape. This honoree has not only paved the way for others but continues to uplift and empower the next generation through mentorship, leadership, and example.

The recipients will be announced at The Maven Within Retreat 2026 (dates to be announced).

Maven Award 2025 Recipients

At Maven Within 2025, we were proud to present the inaugural Maven Awards honoring two remarkable individuals who are making waves in the corporate aviation community.

The Legacy Award was presented to Jamie Gibson for her visionary leadership and lasting impact through Flightess, and the Rising Star Award to Sydney Dinsmore for her determination, growth, and inspiring rise within the industry.

Together, they mark the beginning of a prestigious new tradition celebrating excellence, authenticity, and leadership within the corporate flight attendant community.

    Recognized for her pioneering and influential work through Flightess, Jamie has successfully paved the way for others by creating an educational and inspiring platform that continues to uplift and support the Corporate Flight Attendant (CFA) community on a global scale.

    Celebrated for her unwavering determination and remarkable grit, Sydney’s journey from starting her career at an FBO, gaining valuable experience by working at various industry events, to ultimately flying with top-tier companies, vividly reflects her deep passion, steadfast perseverance, and a promising, bright future in the field of Aviation.
