Are you a corporate flight attendant with less than two years of experience and a passion for service, storytelling, and soaking up all the wisdom this industry has to offer? We’re offering a unique internship opportunity at the Maven Retreat this September in Austin, Texas—and we’re looking for one standout individual to join us behind the scenes.

This isn't your typical internship. It’s a front-row seat to a transformative retreat experience designed specifically for those working in business aviation. As the Maven Within intern, you'll contribute to the magic that makes it all happen—from setup to guest support—while gaining exposure to thought leaders, networking with industry peers, and building your own professional platform.

Program Overview

Dates: September 14–17, 2025
Location: Maven Within Retreat | Austin, Texas
Lodging: Shared room with another retreat team member
Cost: $3,000 fee waived in exchange for your time, support, and social media contribution
Spot Available: 1

Program Objectives

Provide hands-on experience in luxury retreat logistics
Expand your professional network within the corporate aviation community
Boost your visibility through intentional social media sharing
Support the Maven team in delivering an unforgettable experience

Daily Breakdown

Day 1: Arrival & Orientation

Check in and receive welcome packet
Meet the retreat team and fellow attendees
Orientation session: expectations, task overview, and social media training
Evening networking cocktail hour with guests and speakers

Day 2 & 3: Full Immersion

Rotating roles: check-in support, guest hospitality, workshop setup, restocking, dishes, garbage, etc.
Attend sessions and workshops when duties allow
Engage with speakers and guests to ask questions and build connections
Create and post a short video or reflection on your experience each day

Day 4: Reflection & Farewell

Assist with final retreat wrap-up
Debrief session with organizers
Present takeaways and receive feedback
Final networking opportunity with industry leaders
